Q1. Are you A manufactory or trading company?
Re: We are a manufacturing factory with over 40 years of professional experience in casting and machining industry. We are one of major suppliers of customized parts for automobile manufacturers spreaded all over the world. Most of our products are for export and mainly export to Europe and America, so we know the technical standard of Europe and America very well.
Q2. Could I require one sample from you for testing quality?
Re: Of course, we send you samples with freight collected.
Q3. Could you print our logo or company name on our products?
Re: As you wish.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
Re: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you photos about the production progress before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of packing?
Re: Generally, we pack our products with neutral white boxes and brown cartons into wooden case. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the products in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
Re: Generally, it will take 30-45 days after advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on the complexity of items and the quantity of your order.
Q7. Do you test all goods before delivery?
Re: Definitely, testing and inspection on each item must be carried out before delivery according to our Quality Control System.
1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------- Incoming quality control ( IQC).
2) Checking the details beforethe production line operated.
3) Have a full inspection and routing inspection during mass production---In-process quality control(IPQC).
4) Checking the goods after they are finished---- Final quality control(FQC).
5) Checking the goods after they are finished-----Outgoing quality control(OQC).

Re: PRO/E, Auto CAD, Solid Works, IGS, UG, CAD/CAM/CAE, STEP.
Q12. Which packing material do you use for sea shipping?
Re: For sea shipping, we will packaging with European standard wooden pallet.
The parts will be packaged with PE bag inside the carton box.
